Program Review

Program Review is the foundation of all strategic planning because it is how administrators obtain a sense of what is happening in the classroom. KMR Associates has its own program review template designed by national experts, and administrators can choose between the template and an online version of their current Program Review, or a hybrid of them both.

The program review catalogs three major aspects of every program:

  • Classroom demographics
  • Faculty and facilities
  • Resources/objectives/SLO’s

The program review essentially asks each program to detail the following:

The past: What is the history of your program? What are the major milestones, and what are the trends that defined your program?

The present: What is your current situation? How is it different than things were in the past, and how might it be different from the future? What are your strengths and weaknesses?

The future: What is the future direction of your program? Is it expanding? Contracting? What goals would you like to set now to strengthen your program? What resources do you need to achieve your goals?

Fully customizable pages allow administrators to add or remove components of the program review at will.

Web-based Solutions

The same engine that is used for Program Review has many applications:

Convert any paper-based form to web-based application. Higher education is handcuffed by long forms that are both difficult and time consuming. Placing these documents on the internet is secure, cost effective, and frees administrators from sifting through piles of records. Our web-based programs come with state-of-the-art databases that can be catalogued and searched at the click of a mouse.
